Our five versatile conference venues are designed to cater to every guest’s needs, from small, intimate, rustic, and informal to large exclusive meetings for 300 delegates. We understand that each event is unique, and our venues are specifically designed to adapt to your specific requirements, ensuring a successful and tailored event.
Limpopo Hall
A spacious 400m² venue designed for grand occasions. Stately chandeliers hang from the vast, thatched roof, illuminating an 80m² dance floor, solid wood furniture, rectangular tables, and high-back chairs with upholstered seats. A 30m² stage and a jumbo mounted screen set the scene for seamless presentations and live entertainment. Accommodating up to 350 guests (300 with the dance floor in use), this versatile space is more than a venue—it’s a canvas for creativity. From corporate functions and conferences to performances and celebrations, it adapts effortlessly to your vision.
Modjadji Hall
Designed for seamless presentations and professional gatherings, this conference venue features a mounted screen for clear and impactful displays. With a capacity for up to 120 guests, it provides a comfortable and focused setting for meetings, corporate events, and seminars. Versatile in design, the space can easily transition into an inviting dining area, offering a flexible solution for both business and social engagements.
Baobab Cellar
The Baobab wine cellar is an exclusive venue where private functions or wine tastings can be held for smaller groups. Guests may utilise the walk-in wine cellar, and our wine steward will suggest and assist with choosing suitable wines to complement that special meal. The Baobab wine cellar boasts a selection of award-winning hand-picked from various South African wine estates.
Matumi Hall
Matumi Hall is an exceptional setting for conferences and private functions, offering a spacious veranda with tranquil views and an exclusive bar. It accommodates up to 120 guests and provides a refined atmosphere for corporate events, networking gatherings, and special occasions. With a focus on fine dining and curated wine tastings, Matumi ensures a sophisticated and memorable experience for every event.
Fairview Clubhouse
Nestled along the embankment of the Letaba River overlooking the Fairview Golf Course, this venue offers a picturesque setting for any occasion. A versatile space with a 150m² covered area, it features an open-air design, a dedicated children’s play area, and fully equipped kitchen facilities.
